Are all your products vegan?
Yes! I myself am vegan so ensuring all ingredients used are free of animal product is of great importance to me.
Why are some products unavailable?
In order to reduce waste and ensure items are fresh products are made in small batches.
Some of our products are also limited run! The flavours of our sausages will frequently be changing, and other goods such as mortadella and corned beef are made in much smaller batches and won't always be available.
How long are products good for?
Recommend shelf life on all mock meats is 2 weeks fresh, and 6 months frozen - once defrosted best to consume within the next couple of days due to the extra moisture created. Deli products such as arancini and brownies are best consumed within a few days of arrival - however they do also freeze well.
Can products be frozen?
Yes, all "meat" products can be frozen. We recommend allowing products to fully defrost before separating as they are likely to tear when pulled apart from frozen. When freezing we'd recommend transferring meats to a freezer bag or reusable container.
